Course Requirements

To enroll, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old
    (Armed certification requires age 21, so we prep only students who qualify.)

  • Have a valid Unarmed Security Guard License OR have already completed the unarmed training
    (You must be eligible to take the Armed Certification after this.)

  • Be legally allowed to possess and handle a firearm
    (No felony convictions or prohibitions.)

  • Be physically and mentally capable of safely handling a firearm

 What to Bring

  • Firearm (make/model/caliber must match license request)

  • Duty holster (if drawing from holster during qualification)

  • Ammunition (round count provided after registration)

  • Eye & ear protection (or rentals available)

  • Valid government-issued ID

  • Range-appropriate clothing
